With public run days from 12-4 every first and third Sunday of the month, we really enjoyed the time we spent here, riding on the miniature trains and playing on the playground. 

 

Rides went for about 10 minutes, there were dinosaurs to spot and it was lovely in the sun, despite it being a winter day. If the sun is hidden, I would recommend rugging up. 

 

There are BBQ facilities, a canteen and a playground. 

 

There is so much to do while you are in the area.
