      Meet Michelle

Michelle is the Director at Jindi Woraback Children’s Centre in St Albans since 2002 and has been with the organisation since 2000. Jindi Woraback is a 131 place community based not-for-profit Long day care and government funded kindergarten.

Michelle has been in the early childhood industry for over 22 years. Originally trained as a Pre-school Mother Craft Nurse, Michelle is now studying her Bachelor of Teaching and currently holds her Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) and her Cert 4 in Training and Assessment. Michelle also works as a sessional teacher for Victoria University.

Michelle is also a mother of 3 children who all attended long day care from the ages of 4 months. They are all in school now but the pressures of juggling motherhood and family is something very close to her heart. Creating a work/family/life balance is at times a juggling act. Often dropping the ball or having 3 in the air at the same time.
