      Ingredients

      • 200g Butter

      • 2 eggs, beaten

      • 1 cup Sugar (unprocessed like Panela or Coconut is best for you..)

      • 1 teaspoon vanilla

      • 3 tablespoons Cocoa

      • 1/2 cup plain flour

      • Whipped Cream & leftover Easter eggs to decorate!

       

       

      Instructions

      • Preheat your oven to 180C.

      • and grab out a springform cake tin OR grease/line some muffin pans.

      • Simply melt the butter in a small saucepan.

      • When it is liquid remove from heat and add the sugar, cocoa, vanilla.

      • When your sugar has dissolved add the eggs and once combined the flour.

      • Bake until the top has cracked (about 45 mins for a cake, 30 mins for muffins).

      • Cool then top with some whipped cream and leftover choccy eggs decorate!  

       

       

       

      I love this recipe as it is made with pantry ingredients, is SUPER easy for the kids, so they can join in. AND it gives me an excuse to give some Easter eggs away in the form of a cakey gift!
